4. Orders and payments
All orders are binding on the buyer. Payment is secured through Shopify Payments and authorized providers. Orders are confirmed by email.

5. Delivery
Free delivery is offered for orders over €50. Delivery times are indicated during checkout and may vary depending on the destination.

6. Cancellation and returns
The customer has 30 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returns must be made in their original condition.

7. Responsibility
Chess On-The-Go cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.
